Bilateral project of SVIT-Ukraine and SCI-Switzerland, with financial support of Ostprojekt

Project period – December 2005 – November 2006

The project aimed to:

-          to develop informational and educational materials on volunteering and voluntary service activities

-          to improve cooperation among NGOs working with volunteers and organizing volunteer projects

-          to raise skills of young activists in organization and management of voluntary service activities

-          to develop training system and improve overall management in SVIT

In the framework of the project it was planned to organize two training-seminars on project management and leadership, organize two short-term international volunteer projects and internship of Ukrainian volunteers in international volunteer projects of SCI-Switzerland.
